I use a canon EOS450D at the moment fitted only with the ES 18-55mm IS kit lens, a manfrotto 190XPRO tripod fitted with a pan and tilt head plus the carry bag, a remote contol unit and a home made ext tube rig fashioned out of the lens and body caps. Good for you mate! You get some stunning results with your camera!Īs of May this year a 5D MKII. Currently using the 18-55mm kit lens and fast learning it's limitations. I would recommend Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro with a Nikon fit. Īs a start I bought a Tamron 70 - 300 macro lens which is great for the money and to start with but i find it heavy and slow at times to focus I miss a lot of wildlife shots.
